Please try the following steps and hopefully this will help
1. Wipe the DVD with a damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly
2. Try it on another player – perhaps at a friends. If this works then it’s probably an issue with your DVD player and not the actual DVD
3. Try cleaning the heads on your DVD player.

The most common factor is the internet connection. If it’s slower than the bandwidth of the video lesson, the streaming will be “jerky”. Also other reasons like network traffic jams, a slow computer, and a noisy connection.
If the video is “jerky” you will have to wait for the entire file to download (just pause the video). This only needs to be done once. It should not repeat the second time.

Locate your zip folder, double click or right click and choose to extract the files option.

1. If you are a Mac user – we recommend to download Free Quick Time PLayer
Once quick time player is installed on your machine, to play your video lesson, right click on the video file and choose open in Quick Time Player
2. If you are a PC user – we recommend to watch video lessons in either Windows Media Player that is part of MS Windows or download Free VLC Player
Once VLC player is downloaded and installed on your PC, right click on a video lesson file and choose, open with VLC player
